This is the full approved list. If a provider is not on this list, it has not been discussed with leadership, and it does not get integrated regardless of tier.
Next.js
Default framework wherever a build allows it. Applies across all three tiers.
ALL TIERS
Supabase
Each engineer holds their own free tier account. Projects move to the Statera Pro account when they need pro tier requirements, or once a project reaches tier 2 pre integration with Printerpix.

Cloudflare Pages
Static page hosting.
STATIC HOSTING
AWS Amplify
Static page hosting, and the standard host for tier 2 builds.
STATIC + TIER 2
Statera server (devops)
Full integration with the devops team's infrastructure. This is tier 3 devops work and is coordinated directly with that team.
TIER 3 ONLY
AWS Bedrock
Required for any API call for anything tier 2 or above. Rate limits per minute, per hour, and per 24 hours are mandatory at tier 1 and tier 2. See the setup guide.
TIER 2+ MANDATORY

Standard provider for all transactional and outbound email.
EMAIL
Twilio
Standard provider for SMS communication.

No Vercel, under any circumstances. This includes any Vercel product, not just hosting. This is a standing rule, not a per project decision.
